If you have been a guest at The Capital Grille, you already know the attention we give our premium steaks — how each is hand cut by our in-house butcher and dry aged for 18 – 24 days. We are pleased to now offer you a selection of our signature cuts to prepare at home.

Welcome to The Capital Butcher, your online local source for dry aged and exceptional steaks. When you order one of our Grille Boxes, we also include our very own Signature Steak Sauce to enhance your experience, but you may find the cuts alone to be perfect as is. We understand and applaud your decision. Enjoy.

From the Butcher

We recommend that you enjoy your steaks within 48 hours. Keep your selections wrapped and refrigerated until you are ready to prepare.

Steaks are cut daily by our in-house butcher for cooking at home. Each box includes four steaks and features a gift of Signature Steak Sauce.
