At The Capital Grille, we are as dedicated to serving our communities as we are our guests. During this uniquely challenging time, we have added new initiatives to provide support for those on the front lines as well as our own team members. We are also continuing our long partnership with Feeding America to help those in need.
Serving Those Who Serve
Because some of our Capital Grille team members are unable to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are doing all we can to support them. In addition to providing emergency pay and paid sick leave for our hourly employees, we are also supplying food items and preparing ready-to-eat dinners for them to pick up and bring home to their families.
Food For The Front Lines
Many of you have expressed a desire to find ways to support the first responders and essential workers who are risking their lives every day during this crisis. We applaud your altruism and want to help. When you purchase $250+ in Capital Grille gift cards, we will include an additional card worth 10%.
